This past weekend was a full of activities in Prince George for kids.
The girls and I went to the public library for Munsch mania with songs and activities, and of course with story time. It was a great event and fabulous to see so many families enjoying it. Hats off to the library staff as well as many volunteers at this event.
Also, I am a frequent user of Two Rivers Art gallery and often spend quality time with my children. As a member of the gallery, we participate in the family Sunday program, which my kids love. They always have such neat ideas to create art from something you use from household to recycling items. It is a place to be when you are stuck with no ideas what to do with kids. This past Sunday, we made den den drums with laughter. What was special about this day was that PGSO was offering us a wonderful afternoon right in the gallery as well. We just sat down and listened to the lovely classical music. What else could you ask for on such a gray wintery day?
It is such a fantastic idea to collaborate one great organization to the other to offer such a delightful afternoon to us. Prince George has a lot to offer to so many families not only outdoor activities but also indoor ones.
Thanks to the people who make this city a fun place. We enjoyed it so much.
