In writing this letter I am speaking to the blatant demonstration of insensitivity shown by the publisher and editors of The Citizen for their choice of the front-page
picture of Tuesday's Highway 16 accident.
The people involved in this
accident are valued members of loving families and dear friends of many. To see this scene, as laid out in Wednesday's edition, has hurt many hearts to the very core.
Please, in the future, scan all the shots taken of such
accidents and chose "kinder" ones in order to lessen the
impact on those mourning the loss of loved ones.
