It was indeed interesting to see the quick response from Coun. Garth Frizzell regarding the critical report about the reckless spending habits from city council.
We, the taxpayers, like to get value for our money and no we are not ATMs and I personally thing that Mr. Frizzell is protesting too loudly. I, for one, cannot believe that every year the increase in our property tax is fixed in the three per cent range.
Mr. Frizzell need not protest so loudly and quickly - is there something wrong?
