The Prince George school board needs to wake up.
In March, I was reading the press from Vanderhoof and they stated that the Vanderhoof School District is planning on opening a new school. No big deal here seeing that we just opened Duchess Park Secondary, right.
However, upon a closer read, the Vanderhoof School District isn't just opening a brand new school, but rather, they're opening a brand new school in China!
Wow, what an amazing accomplishment for the Vanderhoof School district and its School Board members.
Can you imagine just how much revenue that is going to generate for them?
Hence, my message to our own school board trustees: how can a small district that is only 75 minutes away from Prince George be able to build and open a new school in China?
Wake up and smell the coffee and do something creative like the Vanderhoof district.
