You are portraying yourself as a very insensitive person to say the least. It's "me me me" and you are upset because there is a line up for blood extraction because you need your A1C done.
Excuse me but as a diabetic you should know that A1C can be done any time of day and you do not have to fast for it so you do not nead to go to a blood lab first thing in the morning when many people are fasting maybe even to find out if they are a diabetic or possibly something more damaging like cancer.
Secondly, labs are first come, first serve so the people in line ahead of you had people in line ahead of them so maybe you better plan a little better. These blood labs are all very very busy with people trying to take better care of themselves so it's not the hospital or Phoenix Med's fault that you can't just walk in and say "I am here take my blood."
I have been a diabetic for 49 years and I go for my quarterly A1Cs so I have had to wait in many many lines for bloodwork. Wait your turn is the name of the game.
