I would like to voice my anger with regard to the re-surfacing of the Blackwater Road. The city's portion of this road is in horrible shape. I cannot for the life of me understand why, if you were only going pave half of it, why wouldn't you pave the worst section starting at Frenkle/Jensen Road and working back towards Hwy 16. Come on people... please finish it!
