I would like to thank the teachers for doing a great job during these negotiations with the Province. Where my son goes to school there is really no way you can tell there is job action going on. These people have a good education that should earn them some respect as well as good wages. That the Government holds these employees hostage, when they are not capable of handling their own finances is deplorable. Everyone deserves a increase in wages. If everyone remembers we used to be able to fund raise for special interest groups,but they took that away and now use Casinos and Lotteries for their own financial purposes and continously cut funding to special interest groups. They don't want to admit it but they have caused so many problems with the finances of this Province that they don't have the money to give the teachers a raise. I have asked my son if there are any differences at school this year and he hasn't seen any. As far as I'm concerned the Teachers get an "A" for how they have dealt with this issue
