Congratulations to Neil Godbout on his well-deserved nomination for a National Newspaper Award.
We readers of The Citizen are extremely fortunate, in my estimation, to have Neil's balanced, timely, well-researched, thought-provoking and varied editorials in almost every issue of the paper.
I don't (and shouldn't) always agree with him but even when I do disagree he brings out things that may cause me to at least rethink my opinion. He doesn't shy away from writing on some of the raw, contentious issues that our community should be discussing.
Well done, Neil. Keep it up.
