When the ruts in the road are deeper than the clearance of our all wheel drive, something has to give. In my case the exhaust system had to be replaced after I was able to negotiate the cross town journey to Harvey's Muffler. Should not ice blades be mandatory on our graders? Oh I forgot that if they don't show up very often it doesn't matter. Council my be trying to save the taxpayers some money by cutting back on snow and ice removal. Well I have more than 600 good reasons not to vote for those now sitting in town chambers. I can't afford to prolong the agony.
