I am writing to remind people of this community about the fire that happened at North Central Plywood, May 26, 2008. Fortunately there were no tragedies, however, 300 people lost their jobs. The only fires that are repeatedly mentioned are Lakeland Mills of Prince George, and the mill at Burns Lake.
NCP was the first mill to go up in flames. It has never been mentioned on the media, since 2008.
