I have to agree with the "Review the reviewers" editorial in the Oct 4 Citizen.
There appears to be a need to play with the big boys by our mayor and council thus trying to sell the outcome of the review as a deal done by high priced pros, therefore a done deal.
We paid big money for this therefore it's better than homemade.
I think P.G. tax dollars deserve to be treated more carefully.
I read in the Vernon newspaper recently that their Core Review cost them $80,000 not $300,000-plus. Perhaps our local government should have done their homework a little more carefully before spending lots of our money for what appears to be a questionable set of recommendations.
