Time for voters in British Columbia to stand up and take a stance against this Liberal government for the ever-escalating and out of control increase in Medical Services Premiums (MSP).
These premiums have been steadily increasing at a compounded rate of 24 per cent since the 2009 election and at over 70 per cent in the past decade. Totally unreasonable and well beyond the rate of inflation considering medical care is a necessity for all British Columbians.
The residents of some provinces pay no MSP premiums and the most galling fact in this matter is that British Columbia is the only province that sees fit to burden seniors with these onerous premiums.
A provincial election can't come soon enough to chase this government in to the scrap heap where they belong. We may hold our noses and not like the alternative when we vote but this uncaring and unpopular bunch have got to go.
