Concerning the proposed bylaw to enable an extra paid-for garbage bag, Mayor Shari Green says "it was a waste of city staff's time to do the work for a bylaw then have council defeat it."
Do the councilors and PGians they represent think they live in some kind of democracy? Next they will want civic elections every few years ...
