A petition to call us "Prigonians?" Huh?
Definition of "prig" - noun - a person who displays or demands of others pointlessly precise conformity, fussiness about trivialities, or exagerrated propriety, especially in a self-righteous or irritating manner.
What is wrong with whoever came up with this ridiculous idea> Even if you don't know the meaning of the word prig calling someone a "Prigonian" sounds vulgar at the very least.
What an asinine thing to waste our time with and a waste of ink on the front page of our local newspaper.
