Before you rev up the engine on a two per cent increase on our already high utility bill, council should look at saving money by servicing us bi-weekly in our garbage pick-up days. After recycling became the norm, I have only a little garbage for weekly pick-ups. Get with the times and reward an already over-taxed local tax payer. Do a little thinking outside your tax box and it might surprise. We do feel over-taxed.
