I received a phone call from the College of New Caledonia, informing me that there would not be any chance letting me hold a week or two course for oil-fired heating systems in our area.
I was told there wasn't enough want or need for this to be bothered with at this time.
I have 300 customers in this area and many more to the north, west and east. Most of them are holding their breath for the course.
