Northern Health Authority enters the November 15th, non-binding "Say No to Fluoridation" referendum. Was their article paid for using critical to individual health care needs, tax dollars?
Not everyone can afford proper dental care. Why waste tax dollars on misleading, incomplete and according to some experts, heavily disputed fluoridation advertising? There remain strong demands for publicly funded agencies including health authorities to spend tax dollars wisely, credibly, honestly providing balanced, factual and complete information, empowering individuals to make personal choice decisions caring for themselves, their families, children, their pets, our environment and our community.
Documentation confirms Northern Health continues to fail to provide balanced, complete, accurate, honest and credible fluoridation documentation expected from unbiased health authorities.
The truth is fluoridation using artificially made hydrofluorosilicic acid is us drinking, bathing in and cooking with a toxic chemical cocktail containing lead, arsenic, fluoride and other toxins. It is an unapproved "medicine" some people; elected, appointed and entrusted with our social and health care expectations support as a "natural supplementation" regardless of social and bypassed legislation and disputed science.
Northern Health, some City officials and some professionals want you to believe artificial water fluoridation, consuming a hazardous, acidic and toxic waste, a lead, arsenic and fluoride containing chemical cocktail (known neurotoxins) is helping Mother Nature, magically improve public health helping everyone with and without teeth. Did anyone ask her? Mother's milk contains less than 0.004 milligrams of fluoride per litre, about 200 times less fluoride than what the city is providing, daily for most of the last sixty years. Natural occurring toxins are not meant to be consumed by people (neither are artificially produced toxins).
We expect public bodies honestly provide balanced fluoridation facts from credible organizations including those who disagree with the very narrow Northern Health perspective that consuming hazardous waste is healthy. Dentists using fluoride is a very different argument in respect of their trained, professional and appropriate topical fluoride use including "rinse and spit" fluoride treatments.
Does our cCity contain enough mature and reasonable people to have a respectful, balanced public discussion about sixty years of forced fluoridation history and actions?
