Concerned about common courtesy

About this speeding on the Hart and doing the speed limit in left lane, well, I didn't know that every car and truck's speedometer are exactly the same.

My point is that I may be doing the limit according to my speedometer but you changed tires to a different size and now you're slower than others but your speedometer says they're speeding. I guess your right to hold up traffic outweighs common courtesy.

By the way, it's those on their phones that are causing more accidents than those of us that do a bit over the limit.
