Today I approached the planning department at the City of Prince George to make them aware of a building project in a trailer park that is similar to one removed from Lombardy last year.
They could not accept my information because I was not prepared to call it a "complaint."
Apparently if citizens refuse to complain, the City is happy to not enforce the existing rules.
Is the system "complaint driven" or is bias the driving factor?
