Common sense

In regards to the Revelstoke avalanche, I don't think we need more rules and regulations. I think we need to slow down the bandwagon and think things through.

In regards to the Revelstoke avalanche, I don't think we need more rules and regulations. I think we need to slow down the bandwagon and think things through. All of those riders made the decision to go up there, and they all knew the risk, whether they admit it or not. You don't hear an outcry for rules when someone goes out of bounds at Whistler and needs rescued or when someone falls and dies on the north shore mountains. Common sense has to rule your decisions. Anyone who has hill climbed has felt the rush you get and that's why they do it. If the government wants to take that away they should open a "safe" injection site so we can shoot up and get our rush that way. Or maybe just promote better education for the people that like to get their rush the natural way. Also we pay tax on all the stuff we use to get our rush. If common sense was truly common, everyone would have it.
