Thank you Jack Paul and Evelyn Rebman. I agree with you this legislation presents a real problem for those who believe this pertains to residential streets as the editor stated the wording is on highways with a speed limit of
80 km/h or more.
This rules out the idea Mr. Schneider has that we all must keep right for him to speed.
As I said before, the posted speed limit on the Hart is not 80 km/h until after the taxidermy on the Hart.
People on Highway 16 west are experiencing the same problem.
A little letter from the motor vehicle branch would clear this up.
No legislation can take place of common courtesy for others, some of these people might be much older than you are and need a little consideration - after all, your day is coming too.
