City should build sewers, not a performing arts centre

I believe the $50 million that is being pushed by an elite few to build a performing arts centre should be put to the use of installing sewers in the Wildwood and other areas.

I believe the $50 million that is being pushed by an elite few to build a performing arts centre should be put to the use of installing sewers in the Wildwood and other areas.

I have never heard that the downtown and other areas had to pay 20 to 25 years on their taxes for their sewers when their homes and businesses were built.

The city should never allowed septic tanks to be installed when the residences were being built. This was just a Band-Aid solution.

The performing arts centre will be used by such a few compared to all the people who will use this essential service every day of the year.
