It seems that we usually hear complaints when we read about the City of Prince George's staff and workers so now for something different.
Just recently we had a non-emergency sewer pipe issue and contacted city hall. The city crew promptly came the next day and what seemed to be a simple solution soon became more complicated and the next day a pipe camera crew arrived and quickly found a separated pipe.
The head crew person Warren and his partner came up with a solution and while they had to return with an additional part and a vacuum truck, fixed the problem simply and without having to dig up the driveway. All workers, from the initial crew, Warren and his partner and the vacuum crew were very professional and efficient so this taxpayer wishes to say thanks for the great service.
