This is a response to a letter to the editor from Terry Cummins regarding the intersection of Ospika and Ferry Avenue.
I send an email to Brian Skakun asking for his assistance in getting those lights up and running.
He returned an email saying he would look into it and have admin look into it.
This was on Feb. 26, 2016 so far I have not heard anything.
Perhaps you should also give him a shout.
