I can't take it anymore!
The unabashed liberal bias of this newspaper and the rest of the mainstream media is maddening if not laughable.
If you look back at the Prince George Citizen over the past year, you'll find almost daily articles ridiculing and denouncing Donald Trump. I challenge you to find a single piece criticizing Hillary Clinton. You will never see anything on her inaction as Secretary of State when the U.S. Consulate was being attacked in Benghazi resulting in the killing of the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans.
Or her subsequent outright lie in categorizing it as an impromptu attack because of a You Tube video. (Watch the movie 13 Hours available on Netflix). You don't find anything regarding her use of a private email server, criminal mishandling of classified documents and subsequent cover up lies.
You won't find any of the WikiLeaks emails exposing the corruption of the Clinton Foundation. You won't hear any mention of Project Veritas released videos regarding the Clintons, the Democrat National Committee and rigged elections. Nothing! Just a constant barrage of character attacks and negative spins on every move made by Trump.
But it wouldn't matter who was running for the Republicans, the attacks from the media would still be there. Surely you know all Republicans (or Conservatives here) are racist, misogynist, war-mongering buffoons.
To prove that it's not just about Trump, Mr. Godbout even reprinted one of his Bush-bashing editorials from 2004. You should be ashamed of yourself for not providing your ever shrinking readership with a more balanced newspaper. Maybe you think it's your job to educate us ignorant northerners who keep voting in the Conservatives. Unfortunately, Nathan Geide seems to have been strangely silent on controversial issues for quite some time.
For all of you that consider yourself conservative, pro-family, pro-life traditionalists, please keep in mind the reporting that you get in this paper, and on CBC, CNN, NBC, etc. is distorted, biased and is coming from a worldview very different from your own, one that wants to change our society to something we won't recognize in 10 years.
Since I wrote this, the FBI has reopened its non-investigation of Hillary's handling of classified information. I challenge you, Mr. Editor, to print the article Democrats Should Ask Clinton To Step Aside by John Kass of the Chicago Tribune.
