Regarding Reverend Tim Osiowy's letter about the "premier deserves respect", he states this country, Canada, is a Christian nation. With all due respect to Pastor Osiowy, and as a fellow Christian, I would point out that he is mistaken. Canada in not a Christian nation. Canada is a secular nation with no state faith. All faiths are equal in Canada. Whilst the majority of Canadians may claim Christianity as their faith, this does not make Canada a Christian nation. At no time has this country ever had a state religion. Never have had one, don't want one. I am sorry if this offends some people, but those are the facts.
