I live at Alward Place. We only have seniors living here. There is so much snow and they haven't cleaned between the cars in the parking lot! But we have a wonderful hairdresser name Lena who was helping a senior clean behind her van.
I was trying to clear the snow off my sisters car and then Lena's hubby comes by and started to help. Tim told me he would clear my sister's car plus around her car. That snow is so heavy, so I was happy to let Tim take over.
Between Tim & Lena, they cleared the snow from behind lots of cars. If it wasn't for them, the seniors won't be able to get to their doctor's appointments, go to Save On, etc, etc.
Even though I don't have a car, I still say a big "Thank you to Tim and Lena!" We used to have some young fellas that would shovel the snow between the cars but we haven't had any help this winter.
