The heat has been getting to us at bedtime too and we have a simple solution: Dispense with p.j.'s, turn back your top sheet, and lightly spritz both top and bottom sheets with plain water before you crawl in. As the water evaporates, you will feel cool enough to fall asleep. Repeat as required if you awaken in the night. Use tap water and a dollar store spray bottle. A lukewarm shower or bath and going to bed slightly damp helps too.
