B.C. should bid to takeover the Trans Mountain pipeline project.
Victoria could send its unprocessed sewage, labelled as compost, to Alberta, then reverse the flow and control what flows through our pipeline, to exclude Alberta produced crap(dilbit).
Alberta could then invest in a refinery that could make bitumen into oil that has value and can be safely shipped much more efficiently.
This would be a win/win solution, and would create many jobs, in both provinces.
