In B.C. citizens must have insurance before transporting anything across public lands. Enbridge should have insurance before doing so and that insurance should cover all public losses. We should not even read their proposal until it includes such insurance. If the insurance is too expensive they should not build the pipeline. Their reluctance to name any insurer indicates that they do not wish to insure our safety or assets.
Tell them goodbye.
