Asking the impossible

In regards to B.C.'s justice system.

When a Crown prosecutor says an accused is asking the impossible while demanding an accused abide by conditions that are in direct conflict with each other, the Crown is asking the impossible. As well, there is no reason an accused should continually apply for applications to a judge to point out each and every conflict/breach of Charter in an order because it wasn't done at trial.

Perhaps if the Crown, etc. went over the Canada Evidence Act, they'd see opinions are not valid in court.
