After numerous deaths in vehicle accidents on Highway 16 this past winter, Minister Stone stated that Highway 16 would be upgraded from a Class B highway designation to a Class A by this winter with regards to snow removal and highway maintenance. Please hold Minister Stone to this promise to help protect the traveling public.
