Today it is hard to reach a real person on the phone.
You press one for this, two for that etc.
Then when you chose your option, you have to start all all over... or you get voice mail.
Sometimes when you phone, you can talk to someone in another country.
I have got so I try to go direct to the the place, but that is not always possible.
If any company wants to get a hold of you, they use their telemarketers do the job.
Whatever happened to the good old days when you could talk to someone when you phoned? What do more mature people than I am do?
