On Sept. 16, I was heading down Peden Hill when I noticed a young lady in a red Chevy Cobalt texting while driving with a baby in the car seat. I was livid.
I leaned on the horn for nearly 10 seconds and she never noticed, just kept texting and peeking up at traffic.
And she was tailgating. I recorded the license and am at odds with myself if I rat her out to the police.
If caught texting while driving, how about the perp's cell phone is confiscated for 30 days and they have to apply to get it back?
Something has to change to make people change.
