I went to Michael's Jewellers for a issue with a bracelet that I did NOT even buy there.
I have had a lot of issues with it and almost gave up even wearing it.
But one day I decided to go to Michael's to see what they could do to help me. I brought in one of the pieces to reattach and lost one piece.
I explained to the girl that was helping me all the issues I have had and she kindly listened. She agreed to fix the piece that came off free of charge.
I walked out of there happy with that! The gold key that I lost was a costly piece to replace so I just decided to wear it without the key as it had sentimental value to me.
Two weeks later, I got a call to tell me it was ready....why two weeks? Let me tell you, the young lady at Michael's whose name is Dallas, took it upon herself to make me a gold key to replace the one I lost! She took hours out of her personal time to make a customer happy!
I went back there to pick it up and with tears in my eyes, she put the bracelet on my wrist and without her knowing it, she put a memory in my heart that will last forever! The sentimental value of that bracelet is priceless.
Every time I wear it I will say a prayer for Dallas!
She has touched a heart that needed a Blessing that day! So anyone of you needed to get a piece of Jewellery for someone for Christmas, I highly recommend Michael's Jewellers as they DO care about their customers!
