I'm of the opinion that the upcoming federal election will be a two-way race and promises to be an interesting one to say the least, with all the shenanigans the Tories have pulled off and the Liberals with a new leader who is resting on his late father's laurels and probably praying that name recognition will be enough.

I say it's a two-way race because history proves it.

The NDP and the Green Party might just as well throw in the towel now and not waste their money.

I also predict that we will have a minority government. So after all is said and done it will be three against one which is good and won't cost not as much in the long run as election 42 is going to cost.

I am seriously considering voting Liberal this time. Not that I am dissatisfied with Mr. Harper or think that Justin Trudeau could represent Canada any better. It's just that we have a Liberal government provincially and if we end up with a Liberal government federally it would be a good for us here in B.C., reason being that the money transfer from the federal coffers to our provincial coffers would go so much smoother, don't you think?

In closing, it simply boils down to dollars and sense.
