On Friday, April 17, my husband and I had the pleasure of attending a spring concert at Southridge elementary school titled "Dig It." The Kindergarten to Grade 7 classes performed a play combining acting, dance and song as well as a school band.
The audience was toured from the past to the present and then the future by the students on stage. It all began in Ethiopia, then Mesopotamia, Egypt, Greece, and Rome; singing, dancing and acting their way along with enthusiasm.
The students gave an amazing performance! Kudos to the students and the entire staff at Southridge for all their hard work to make this fantastic performance possible!
