I am in complete disgust that you would print a letter from an angry mom, probably about a sick child, that calls out the cleanliness of some great wonderful programs that our city has to offer. I have personally been involved with the Strong Start program at Quinson Elementary and it is at all times kept clean.
As much as a parent would love to keep our children in bubbles and keep them away from getting sick, well it just doesn't happen. There are grocery carts, visitors, the mall, Exploration Place, parks, the YMCA, Noah's Ark, UNBC, railings for stairs, the ground, pets, friends, plus many many more places.
Basically, anywhere we take our kids there is a chance of them catching something. I think this mother and the Citizen have, without knowing, hurt these amazing programs that are available to everyone. I have had daycares that I love but they are not any cleaner then these programs.
To the angry mom, I am sorry your child got sick but please don't ruin the amazing programs Prince George has to offer for everybody else.
