The Prince George RCMP are on the lookout for a parolee on the loose.
Ravinesh Jason Sharma, 31, is described as a South Asian man, 188 cm (6'2") tall and weighing 77 kg (170 lbs) with brown hair and brown eyes. He is known to wear all red clothing, a hat and usually wears glasses.
Sharma has been missing since August 8 when he failed to return to his halfway home in Prince George.
"Extensive checks have been made throughout the Prince George area, without success," RCMP said. "Although there have been unconfirmed sightings of Sharma in the Prince George area, he has likely made his way to the Lower Mainland or another community."
Sharma has an extensive criminal record for offences committed exclusively in the Lower Mainland and is considered violent.
Do not confront Sharma if you see him. Instead, contact the RCMP.
