No evidence was found of an organized game guessing the blood-alcohol levels of Indigenous patients but they nonetheless are the target of "direct prejudice and racism" in the health care system, the lead investigator into the allegations has found.
Appointed in June to look into the matter, Mary Ellen Turpel-Lafond issued the finding Monday.
