A man who has previously been convicted of the offence has been charged with committing an indecent act in a public place.
Kevin Mark Hamilton, 33, faces the count in relation to an incident on Friday at Harwin Elementary School.
In April 2018, Hamilton was sentenced to 30 days in jail on a count from an incident committed the same month.
Hamilton also has an extensive record of convictions for causing a disturbance.
Hamilton also faces a count of breaching probation and was schedule to appear in court on Monday for a bail hearing after spending the weekend in custody.
