Members of the public will have an opportunity to provide feedback to city council during its budget deliberations next week.

Council will meet at 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m on Monday, and again on Wednesday – if needed – to debate the city's 2021 operating budget, and the 2021-2025 financial plan and capital plan.

Residents can submit feedback by email until noon on Monday, by emailing cityclerk@princegeorge.ca.

There will also be two 15-minute public input sessions for residents to provide comment by phone starting at 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. during each meeting. Residents can register in advance to take part in the phone input sessions by registering online at https://forms.princegeorge.ca/Admin-Services/LegislativeServices/Registration-for-Phone-Participation or by phoning 311. Registration will be open until noon on Monday.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the meetings are closed to the public, but can be watched live on the city's website at https://princegeorge.ca/City%20Hall/Pages/Mayor%20and%20Council/Webcasts.aspx. In addition, recordings of the meetings will be posted on the city's website for later viewing.
