Charges have been approved against a Kamloops man who allegedly crashed his pickup truck into the side of Rolling Mix Arena this summer.
Wyatt Stralak, 22, faces one count each of driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08, driving while impaired, both under the Criminal Code, and driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.
Stralak was arrested August 31 shortly after RCMP were called to the scene. He blew more than twice the legal limit when he was taken to the detachment, RCMP have said.
