Flooding narrows highway near Summit Lake

Flooding has reduced Highway 97 to single-lane alternating traffic north of the city, according to DriveBC. It's occurring between Mitchell Road and Summit Lake Road, 29 kilometres north of the city, the service said in an alert issued at 5:45 a.m.
