One person is dead from severe head trauma as a result of a motor vehicle crash that took place Sunday at 4:21 p.m. on Highway 16 East about 15 km east of Purden Lake.
A west-bound five-ton truck slowly drove off the road and overturned on an embankment. The passenger was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police do not believe speed or alcohol were factors and the investigation continues.
