- Tyler John Apsassin (born 1981) was sentenced to time served for personation with intent to gain advantage. Apsassin was in custody for 10 days prior to sentencing.

- David Frank Labonte (born 1986) was sentenced to 18 months probation for possessing stolen property under $5,000 and breaching an undertaking, committed in Prince George. Labonte was in custody for 39 days prior to sentencing.

Labonte was also sentenced to 28 days in jail for possessing stolen property committed in Ladysmith and the probation term was also applied to that count as well as to counts of possessing a controlled substance, committed in Ladysmith, to two counts of theft $5,000 or under, committed in Campbell River, and to counts of theft $5,000 or under and uttering threats, committed in Victoria.

- Jayden Rapheal Robert John (born 2001) was sentenced to 11 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching a release order.

- Peter Edward Carifelle (born 1961) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act and fined $250 plus a $75 victim surcharge for personation with intent to avoid arrest.

- Jesse Luke Jack Juillette (born 1987) was prohibited from driving for three years and fined $1,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code.

- Mateo John Martin Tyler (born 1996) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for uttering threats.

- Richard Harold Wesley (born 1981) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for assault with a weapon.

- Shoaab Affat (born 1985) was sentenced to a conditional sentence order, issued a five-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for uttering threats and to time served for breaching a release order, both committed in Buckhorn. Affat was in custody for 16 days prior to sentencing.

- Dustin Melford Nygaard (born 1983) was fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Brandon Richard Joseph (born 1995) was sentenced to two years probation with a suspended sentence, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for robbery. Joseph was in custody for 27 days following his arrest.

- Christopher Eugene McBride (born 1987) was sentenced to time served for breaching a release order. McBride was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.

- George Joseph Delaronde (bonr 1974) was sentenced to a four-month conditional sentence and one year probation for assaulting a peace officer.

- Tracey Adele Paquette (born 1971) was sentenced to a 90-day conditional sentence and one year probation for theft $5,000 or under and prohibited from driving for two years and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Dorinda Lee Rhinehart (born 1970) was sentenced to one year probation, issued a five-year firearms prohibition, ordered to provide a DNA sample and assessed $400 in victim surcharges for assault with a weapon, assault, breaching a release order and breaching an undertaking. Rhinehart spent a total of 18 days in custody on the counts prior to sentencing.
