Blowing snow on area highways

Drivers can expect blowing snow on sections of highways in the region.

DriveBC issued alerts this morning for Highway 16 from Priestly Hill to Fort Fraser and for Highway 97 for 15 kilometres north of McLeod Lake to one kilometre south of the Pine Pass Summit.

Environment Canada has forecast two centimetres of snow to fall in Prince George today.
