Bernie In PG contest winners

There were more than 60 entries in the Bernie In PG contest and we couldn’t make up our minds among the top submissions, so we’ve decided to name four winners of $50 each in local restaurant gift certificates.

The winners are, in no particular order:

-      Natasha Bader for putting Bernie Sanders at this year’s Ness Lake Polar Bear Dip. The polar bear dip and in front of the George Street Parakde and Park House were popular entries.

-      Jordon Conway for not only putting Bernie with Mr. PG decked out in KISS makeup when the legendary rock band came to Prince George, but for going the extra mile to put KISS makeup on Bernie as well and adding some wise words.

-      Chris Bloodoff for putting Bernie in the backseat of a convertible with Marilyn Monroe during last summer’s Show and Shine.

-      Kathleen Hebb for having Bernie skijoring in Prince George. Great minds think alike: Bloodoff also entered the same picture.

Congratulations to the four of you. Please come down to our office at 505 4thAvenue to pick up your prize.

We’ve included a few other entries in this gallery, just to share with you more of the fun submissions.

Thanks for playing, everyone!
