Six wrestling matches, six wins, all in one day.
Eric Halsall pulled off this impressive feat at the University of Alberta on Saturday. The Grade 12 student was competing in the Golden Bears high school wrestling tournament and was unstoppable in the 76-kilogram class. Halsall was one of 48 in his division.
Halsall, 17, attends D.P. Todd secondary school but trains with the PGSS wrestling team. He's preparing for the B.C. high school championships, which will be held Feb. 28 to March 1 at the Northern Sport Centre.
