The public is welcome to celebrate the athletic achievements of those being inducted into the 10th Prince George Sports Hall of Fame next month.
Tickets are $40 each and are available for the award ceremony on March 29 at the Hart Community Centre.
Doors open at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. and the ceremony at 8 p.m.
Inductees in the athlete category for the years 2012-13 are Gibby Chasse in powerlifting and Ed Day in cross country skiing.
Prince George born and raised netminder Jason LaBarbera, who plays for the AHL's Chicago Wolves, will be inducted into the professional athlete category.
In the coach/builder category, Dave Wood in cross country skiing and Pat Harris in wheelchair basketball will be inducted.
Glen Scott (lacrosse), and Johan Pettersen (cross country skiing) will be inducted into the builder/administrator category.
Bjorger Pettersen (cross country skiing) will be inducted into the pioneer athlete category.
Fifteen youth athletes will also receive youth excellence awards.
Tickets are available from Northern Foods Equipment, 495 2nd Ave., Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
